Terms & Conditions

Enrollment in ACIT courses is subject to the following conditions:

• Submission of accurate and complete information during the enrollment process
• Payment of applicable fees as per the fee structure
• Compliance with eligibility criteria for specific courses
• ACIT reserves the right to refuse admission to any applicant without providing a reason

• All fees must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of enrollment
• Late payment may incur additional charges as determined by ACIT
• Non-payment of fees may result in suspension or termination of enrollment
• Fee refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

• Regular attendance is mandatory for all enrolled students
• Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% in all courses
• Failure to maintain the required attendance may affect academic performance evaluation and eligibility for examinations
• Students are expected to actively participate in classroom activities, assignments, and assessments

Students enrolled at ACIT are expected to:

• Behave respectfully towards faculty, staff, and fellow students
• Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying
• Maintain academic integrity and refrain from plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty
• Adhere to the dress code and other institutional policies
• Take proper care of institutional property and facilities

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or expulsion.

• All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, handouts, presentations, videos, and online resources, are the intellectual property of ACIT or its licensors
• Students are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing these materials without explicit permission
• Recording of lectures or classes without prior permission is strictly prohibited
